Call recording helps businesses to improve their quality of service, document critical details and train employees in proper phone techniques.

Do you ever need to capture detailed instructions, technical information or complex directions and can't write fast enough to keep up with the person talking?  Call recording is a tremendous tool that records your call with the click of a mouse or automatically (when set up by your administrator).

 

Call recording can be used in training to review how a new employee takes or makes calls. It can be used to document minutes of conference calls.  These recordings are saved to your voice mail box (system comes with 4,000 hours of voice mail space) and can be emailed as attachments to other parties in or out of your company.
