Outlook-by-Phone is the fastest and easiest way for a businessperson to access the capabilities of Microsoft© Outlook© while away from the office.

This exciting new tool, with its text-to-speech capabilities, enables individual Outlook users to access Microsoft Exchange email, faxes, appointments, and contact information from any telephone set or cell phone. Users can make over-the-phone replies to the information they receive, and their messages are emailed as .wav file attachments to recipients. Voice instructions are used to route faxes to specified locations.
