Marc Kleiss Named Manager of Technical Services at Alternate Access®

Raleigh, NC - April 10 2003 - Marc Kleiss has been promoted to Manager of Technical Services at Converged Communications company Alternate Access. He has worked for Alternate Access as Senior Engineer in the Technical Services Group for three years.

In his new position, Kleiss is responsible for all technical projects, including site planning, system installation, customer training, programming services, and after sale support.
